Oh---I bought those two drinks at Walmart-The lemon and the lime because they are made from NOT FROM CONCENTRATE--When you are buying orange juice or some juice--You want it to say-NOT FROM CONCENTRATE--that uses 100% of the product where a juice use only 10%-the rest sugar and water.amazing..If you read the labels-it confirms it.Just a little thing i learned many yrs ago----
I did the egg white protein yesterday--Very good and a switch from chicken---And a egg yolk has 9 fat grams -per yolk---no wonder we are fat---lol

Okay here is my updated version of Apple Cider Vinegar & Dijon Dressing:

Use a salad dressing cruet that has markings for the amount of vinegar, water and oil.

Start by filling the apple cider vinegar all the way past the vinegar line to the water line. Then put enough Dijon mustard (I like a combo of the whole seed kind and the plain dijon) so that the cruet is filled half way between the water line and the oil line. Then put a teaspoon of italian spices, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 2 packets of stevia, 2 cloves of garlic minced and fill all the way to the oil line with organic vegetable broth. Shake well. Enjoy.

Lately, I've been using V-8 juice in place of the organic vegetable broth!
