I have followed the link you have given and I have concluded that this book discusses a new interpretation of the nature of obesity, and while it does not advocate yet another fancy slimming diet. It does also describe a method of treatment which has grown out of theoretical considerations based on clinical observation. I believe readers will find this book very informative and useful to them.

Actually I have already read this manuscript from Dr. Simeon. This manuscript was great! It discusses the fundamental problems of obesity, its causes, its symptoms, and its very nature.

My teacher in our health class uses this manuscript of Dr. Simeon. So when you said that it is already available for downloaded, I eventually do it and I was so happy. Dr. Simeons’ ‘Pounds and Inches’ is an amazing book that speaks of a safe way to lose weight.
