I JUST COMPLETED A TWO MONTH SESSION OF SHOTS AND WAS GOING TO START THE NEXT PHASE, IS THAT 3? WHERE YOU DONT EAT STARCH OR SUGAR FOR 3 WEEKS? I WILL GO ON VACATION THEN AFTER THAT COULD I DO ANOTHER 2 MONTHS AFTER THAT? WHY AM I STUCK ON THIS WEIGHT AND HAVENT LOST IN 1WEEK? AT WHAT POINT SHOULD I DO A STEAK OR APPLE DAY. HOW LONG SHOULD THIS BREAK BE FOR , BEFORE I START ANOTHER SESSION? I JUST GAVE THE LAST SHOT ON MONDAY. THANKS FOR YOU QUICK  REPLY, JUANITA

i stopped phrase 2 about 3.5 weeks ago  and i ddint do phrase 3 i was having other difficulties related to my eating dissorder so ive decided to start phrase 2 all over again im on VLCD 2 and i belive im down 2 lbs from loading days.


 has anyone else gone back to vlcd before completing 6weeks and how has that worked for you?

this happens to the best of us, the key is to not get muddled down....wake up and say this is the first day of my life...I am getting back on the program today....move forward and don't look back!

I did the HCG diet for 1 month Feb 2010 (Drops) and I lost 33lbs.  I am poster child for this diet!  I also swim 4 mi a day along with weights.  Here we are June 2010 and I have not gained but 2 ounces back.  I am starting up on the HCG diet again for one more month just because I would like to lose another 20lbs.  The only way you will keep the weight off is if you follow phase 3 to a tee!  No CARBS during this phase. It will work and keep the weight off permanently.  In phase 4 I was intaking anything I wanted and not gaining the weight back but keeping my portions in moderations.  In fact my fitness routine cut way back in phase 4 and I didn't gain any weight.

Secondly don't take the Homepathic HCG it doesn't work and you will gain every pound back.  The Homepathic HCG will kick your body into starvation mode and your body will gain the weight back once you get past the 500 calorie phase.
