I took my last injection on Sunday. I have been on VLCD since then. Today is Tuesday. When do I start Phase 3? Tomorrow (wednesday) or the next day, Thursday? Sorry if this has already been posted, but I couldn't find it.

You start Phase 3 72 hours after your last injection ~ so, sometime today, Wednesday, (depending on what time you took your injection on Sunday) you'll be on Phase 3!
