Hi everyone,
After reading about HCG and it's results i'm really interested in trying it. I'm a 25 year old Female and I don't really have that much weight to lose. I weigh in give or take 140 and i'm 5'3''. I'm hoping to get down to around 120 or 115 because of my build. I know a lot of you work and are on the injections and i want to know is it really hard to do. I teach high school students so my schedule is pretty regulated, but i was wondering if i should try starting it now or wait until i'm off for a break. Do you think i'll have to do all the phases since i just want to lose around 20 lbs? Also, is the weight easy to keep off once it's gone..i know the faster you lose it the easier it is to come back.
From my understanding you also have to get a blood test done. Does your doctor have to recommend it? I'm afraid my doctor won't because i'm not that overweight and will suggest diet and exercise which i already do.
I also noticed that it is recommended you eat only organic food. Has anyone eaten regular fish, chicken, etc. and had good results? We only have one or two places here that sell organic foods and they are way across town.
thanks so much, any info would be helpful!
Cynthia

when ordering from this website, blood work is not required. Of course it is recommended in case of any health issues.
