Hi Everyone,
yesterday I was eating out and ordered grilled chicken with broccoli. Problem was that the portions were so big it looked silly to eat just 100 grams of chicken. Three times the waiter came by asking if there are something wrong. As a result of this I over-ate and consumed at least 3 times as much as I should have.
I walked away feeling totally stuffed and sure enough. Today I have gone up 2 lbs instead of my until now steady 1 lbs per day loss. Has anyone seen the same? Is it really that easy to fall off the wagon and if so, look out folks! Don't do what I did
