I started to struggle with my weight when I was 20 and then would yo-yo my way until 33. After 35, I started putting on 20-25 pounds a year. Now, reaching 40, I'm over 200... and miserable.
My first week has not been as bad as I was warned from friends who did it months ago. My weight started at 212.
First 2 days I did loading and shots. On the 4th day after starting the diet, I dropped 5 pounds (1/5/2010).
1/6/2010 - 206.4
1/7/2010 - 205.2
1/8/2010 - 203.8
1/9/2010 - 202.1
1/10/2010 - 201.4
1/11/2010 - 200.1
It seems like I'm averaging a 1/2 pound to a pound a day. I'm down 11.99 pounds in 10 days (but 2 were loading)!! I'll keep posting my results. Maybe tomorrow I'll be back in the 100's!!!!!
