I started to struggle with my weight when I was 20 and then would yo-yo my way until 33. After 35, I started putting on 20-25 pounds a year. Now, reaching 40, I'm over 200... and miserable.

My first week has not been as bad as I was warned from friends who did it months ago. My weight started at 212.

First 2 days I did loading and shots. On the 4th day after starting the diet, I dropped 5 pounds (1/5/2010).

1/6/2010 - 206.4
1/7/2010 - 205.2
1/8/2010 - 203.8
1/9/2010 - 202.1
1/10/2010 - 201.4
1/11/2010 - 200.1

It seems like I'm averaging a 1/2 pound to a pound a day. I'm down 11.99 pounds in 10 days (but 2 were loading)!! I'll keep posting my results. Maybe tomorrow I'll be back in the 100's!!!!!   Grin

 Cheesy Hi LavaGirl,  great to see that someone else has also started their journey for the new year.  My posting is just below yours.  I am now at 211.8 lbs.  Good luck to you.   Grin
