Help!  I've been on phase 4 for about 3 weeks and I've gained 7lbs back!  I've been trying to follow a low-fat/low-calorie diet eating lots of yogurt, lean cuisine meals, fiber 1 bars, almonds/nuts, skinny cow ice cream, egg beaters, apples/grapefruit and those weight-watcher 1-point bars.  I'm wondering if I'm gainging because of all of the preservatives?  I've recently read that I should be eating all organic.  Did I find this out too late?  I don't want to gain anymore!!

did you gain the 7 pounds overnite?....you are supposed to weigh yourself every morning. Then if you are up 2 or more pounds, then that same day you eat nothing until dinner and then eat a large steak and an apple( a steak day) . the following morning, you will lose the gained weight and be back to where you were. You need to weigh in everyday.....the steak days help to stabilize your weightloss. You may need to do a few during P3 and P4, but I tell you, IT WORKS! I kept my weight to
 within 1.2 pounds during the P3 and P4 and am now doing P2 again. Sooooo in order for you to be up 7 pounds....you did not follow the maintenance instructions.
Don't mean to sound strong but, I know you put in alot of effort and gaining 7 pounds back is a BUMMER. Don't eat that processed crud! go organic. So go and get back up on that horse and peel off those 7 pounds!
