I am on the 45 day protocol and really veggies dont like me. I tried to eat some brocoli about a month ago and started vomitting in my sleep. never in my life have I eaten veggies because it comes back up some kind of way. I have to eat salad everyday which I can do but when I eat the chicken, fish, shrimp, lobster, and etc, what type of side dishes can I eat with that besides a salad. Please help because I live in Houston and we are surrounded by more fast food place and grocery stores that says they have healthy food until you read the labels and realize its all bad and Im getting burnt out on salads

Can you deal with spinach? You can eat it raw like a salad. You can also vary the type of lettuce that you use for your salads.
