Does anyone know how much seasoning i can use on this diet? like how much salt an stuff?

I just season as usually.  I use onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, lawry's seasoning salt, and no salt added spice.  I have been on for 24 days and have lost 30 lbs, so I guess I'm doing it right!

hi, make sure you use a good sea salt w/minerals....sooo much healthier for you. Easy to but now a days too.
