Im new to this diet and i heard and read that you can eat turkey but does this only mean ground turkey? I have some turkey thats 98% fat free and low sodium..could i use that? Also, does anyone have any good recipes that i could use turkey in? And one more thing, i know it says 100g of meat but could i do 50 50 like 50g of shrimp and 50g of chicken, turkey or other fish? I don't eat beef because it always makes me sick....

I know that if you follow Dr. Simeons protocol, he does not want you to mix meats or veggies...in other words, pick 1 protein and 1 vegetable for lunch and for dinner. It does not allow you to eat turkey either. KTs book is way more lenient than the protocol but if you wanna maximize your weightloss, follow the Protocol Manuel. It is strict but offers you alot of choices. Download Dr. Simeon's manuel and read the entire thing....it is alot of pages and info, but well worth the read.
