WENT TO A PARTY LAST NIGHT AND THOUGHT IT WAS OK TO EAT ABOUT A CUP OF BABY CARROTS.  TODAY I REALIZED THAT I MIGHT AS WELL HAVE EATEN PIZZA...

WILL THIS REALLY MESS ME UP?

yeah...carrots are loaded with sugar....and when you are on this protocol, do not
venture off of it(cheat)! it does you no good and screws up your maximum weightloss. Remember, the food is not leaving the planet, you will be able to eat again but for now...do the drill!   Grin
