I've been checking back, I didn't think anybody was going to reply...lol.

Ok, I made a mistake initially and loaded without dosing the first two days, so I took Tuesday and Wednesday as load days (with dosing) and am on my 1st VLCD today, so far so good, I hope to see the results all of you have!  I'm sooooo excited.

Hi everyone , My husband and I started HCG on Sept 20th .We are doing the injections. Is anyone here doing them? I have lost 5.5lbs after loading , he has lost 8lbs. We are excited to get to know our belly buttons again . First few days were hard... but we are getting less hungry. Anyone have any suggestions on meals? Or has anyone had a bad reaction to the shots?

Nice to meet everyone here. I just signed onto this forum and hope to get support from you all along the way.  I have just completed my two loading days and am using the sublingual hcg drops as well as sublingual Vitamin B12 drops and a multi vitamin every day. Today is my first day on the VLCD and I have not even eaten a meal yet. (still drinking black coffee with SweetNLow this morning).  My daughter and I are both doing this diet at the same time in hopes of being eachother's support system.  I have decided to journal both my weight and foods eaten so I can document my journey along the way and make necessary changes (or additions) if need be.  I am excited to start seeing some weight loss soon!  I have ordered some hcg test strips so I can check the quality of the drops I bought from an online source. Hope they are the real deal! Thank you for all the helpful information. I am off to set my cell phone alarm to remind me to drink my water/teas throughout the day. Love that idea!  I would love to know more about the apple days. I dont' understand what they are used for or when to do one.
Thanks for listening...

Those hcg strips will be useless, since normally hcg drops do NOT contain HCG. They contain the "electronic signatures of HCG on a water base".

the apple days are for when  you  cheat or when the pounds are not comming off. you eat 5 to 6 apples and nothing else.

I just started HCG today.  I am wondering if anyone out there has not followed the diet plan exactly.  For instance can I still use fat free creamer?  Anyone doing that?  Can I eat other low calorie vegies that are not listed?  Ok, this is gross, but has anyone ever tried Alli?  I did once and as the side effects say, I did experience anal leakage.  Please someone tell me that that doesn't happen on HCG.

As I have been told that since HCG is 100 % natural so it is waaaaaay different from other weight loss regimen we have had before that failed us miserably and so there wont be anything hazardous to our health such as any leakage to any part of our body and so on...I am sure they are what they say they are. I am already on my third week and have lost 22 pounds w/o any problems or side effects. But I must say, I have been a good student of the HCG protocol. It's like a challenge to me to be in a VLCD... Grin All the others failed me but HCG diet I so adore...
